Muesli Bars

A busy mummies dream. A healthy, no refined sugar snack you can throw together and it will be ready whenever you need it!


Makes 6




  • 300g muslie (read the label – make sure there are NO SUGARS!)


  • 4tbsp nut butter


  • 8tbsp honey


  • 2tbsp cacao


  • 40g 80% organic chocolate


  1. Mix all wet in a pan. Mix all dry in a mixing bowl (ex the dark chocolate).
  2. Heat the wet until simmering and stir into the dry. Press into a lined tray.
  3. Melt the chocolate in a microwave and pour over the top. Pop in the freezer for a minimum of two hours.
