A busy mummies dream. A healthy, no refined sugar snack you can throw together and it will be ready whenever you need it!
- 300g muslie (read the label – make sure there are NO SUGARS!)
- 4tbsp nut butter
- 8tbsp honey
- 2tbsp cacao
- 40g 80% organic chocolate
- Mix all wet in a pan. Mix all dry in a mixing bowl (ex the dark chocolate).
- Heat the wet until simmering and stir into the dry. Press into a lined tray.
- Melt the chocolate in a microwave and pour over the top. Pop in the freezer for a minimum of two hours.
