These are amazing – you would never guess how good they are for you!!
- 100g ground almonds
- 100g course wholemeal flour
- 3tbsp cacao
- 1tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 2tbsp chia seeds
- 40g 80% chocolate, chopped into tiny pieces
- 100ml maple syrup
- 2tbsp oil
- 1tsp vanilla extract
- Mix all wet. Mix all dry. Combine.
- Take heaped tbsps of mix and place on the tray, flattening with the base of your hand. Cook for 10minutes. Leave to cool completely.
