Sweet chicken Drummers

Sweet, sticky and ONE PAN! What’s not to love?

Serves 4




  • 3tbsp oil


  • 3tbsp garlic infused oil


  • 8 chicken thighs or drummers


  • 3 red peppers, chopped


  • 2 onions, cut into wedges


  • 2 red onions, cut in wedges


  • 1 courgette, cut into think slices


  • 8 potatoes, chopped


  • 3 garlic cloves, whole


  • 2tbsp honey


  • 2tsp smoked paprika


  • Marinade – 2tbsp garlic oil, 2tbsp tomato puree, 1tsp smoked paprika


  • Parsley to serve


  1. Mix the marinade together and then pour over the chicken and stir. Pop in the fridge for at least 1hour.
  2. Put all the remaining ingredient in a roasting tin and stir in the oils. Make sure everything is mixed and covered. Put in the oven for 40mins, turning occasionally. Sprinkle in parsley. Serve with salad.
