Shredded Wheat Treat

Ok, so that sounds odd, right? But no – you will love these! I use oats a lot in my cooking because they release energy slowly and keep you fuller for longer but I put my mind to trying to find a funky alternative. This is it and they are fabulous! Even better – you blitz and pop them in the fridge – DONE.

  • 4 large shredded wheat

     

  • 3tbsp desiccated coconut

     

  • 4tbsp honey

     

  • 2tbsp peanut butter

     

  • 2tbsp coconut oil

     

  • 4tbsp cacao

     

  • 2tbsp raisins

Directions

  1. Put all the ingredient into a blender and blitz.
  2. Press into a lined brownie tin and pop in the fridge. If you like, you can melt a little 80% dark chocolate and drizzle it over the top.
