Carrot Bites

A simple lunch filler or picnic add – so easy to make and store away in the fridge to enjoy hot or cold.

Ingredients

  • ½ large carrot, grated

     

  • 25g grated cheese

     

  • 20g breadcrumbs

     

  • 1 egg

     

  • seasoning

Directions

  1. Grate the carrot into a bowl and mix everything together with a spoon.
  2. Grease a muffin tin and put tbsp of mix into each section. Bake for 15minutes. Eat hot or pop in the fridge for a picnic
