Yum Yum Balls

These got their name because all my kids went ‘YUMMMMM’ when they ate them. They are a big kick of protein that tastes, well, yum!

Makes 8



  • 80g oats, blitzed


  • 3tbsp almond butter


  • 2tbsp maple syrup


  • 1/2tsp vanilla extract


  • 2tbsp water


  1. Blitz everything together. Roll into small balls in your hand and keep refrigerated. Yes – it’s that easy!
