Simple Potato Wedges

Why but pre-packed wedges when I can show you how simple they are to make at home… and they are SIMPLE. They have twice the flavour and this way, you can make them organic too. Why not give it a go?

Serves 3-4

Oven 200c



  • 3-4 white potatoes (depending on the size. If small, add a few more)
  • 1 1/2tbsp olive oil
  • Seasoning


  1. Chop the potatoes into small wedges. Start by cutting them in half and then work from one side to the other.
  2. Put them in a pot, fill with water and boil for 15minutes, or until just beginning to soften when tested with a fork.
  3. At this point, drain them, season with salt and pepper, toss loosely in the oil and spread them on a baking sheet. Bake, turning half way, for 30minutes.
