Flap jacks without the refined sugars and syrup! These are packed with PROTIEN, SLOW RELEASE ENERGY and GOOD FOR YOU maple.
- 200g oats (100g blitzed to flour)
- 3tbsp coconut oil
- 3tbsp almond butter
- 100ml maple syrup
- 1tbsp coconut sugar
- 40g cashew nuts, chopped
- 40g pecans, chopped
- 20g cranberries, chopped
- Mix all the dry.
- Mix all the wet and bring to the boil on the hob, stirring until smooth.
- Mix to combine and press into a lined baking tin. Cook for 10mins, remove and cool completely.
