This is one of those love or hate things. Chia seeds are packed with goodness – rich in antioxidants, high in fiber and good cholesterol! Eaten raw, they’re like any seed but soak them and they become little jelly balls. See, love/hate.

- 4tbsp chia seeds
- 200ml milk
- 2tbsp maple syrup
- 2tbsp cacao
- Whisk everything together, pop in the fridge and leave it to plump up…..minimum 30minutes. Then give it a quick stir and ta-da…..
