Choccy Chia Pudding

This is one of those love or hate things. Chia seeds are packed with goodness – rich in antioxidants, high in fiber and good cholesterol! Eaten raw, they’re like any seed but soak them and they become little jelly balls. See, love/hate.

Make this chocolate pudding and hopefully, you and the family will love them.

Serves 1



  • 4tbsp chia seeds


  • 200ml milk


  • 2tbsp maple syrup


  • 2tbsp cacao


  1. Whisk everything together, pop in the fridge and leave it to plump up…..minimum 30minutes. Then give it a quick stir and ta-da…..
