Not a porridge lover, or simple looking for a change? This is it. And to put it politely – IT ROCKS!
- ½ cup of quinoa, cooked to instructions
- 1tbsp flaked almonds, toasted
- Squeeze of fresh orange
- 1tbsp raisins
- Sprinkle of cinnamon
- 1tsp honey, drizzled
- This is easy and can be adapted any way you like. Simple cook the quinoa (or buy a ready cooked pouch), stir through the raisins and a little fresh orange, top with almonds, cinnamon and honey. Voila – a filling, fresh breakfast with a twist.
