- 300g cherry tomatoes (150g sliced, 150g crushed by hand)
- 100ml olive oil
- 3tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 15g chives, torn
- 300g pasta
- To serve – parmesan and green salad
- Mix all in a bowl, season and toss with hot pasta. Really – it’s that simple!
