Oh yes, it’s bitter sweet and soooooo fast to plate up!
- 4 chicken breasts, cut into bite sized pieces
- 200ml squeezed lemon juice
- 11/2tbsp soy sauce
- 1tbsp honey
- 11/2tbsp cornflour
- Brown rice to serve
- Mix the lemon juice, honey, soy and cornflour in a dish and pour over the chicken. Leave to marinade.
- When ready to eat, cook the rice according to instructions and pour the chicken and sauce into a non stick pan. Cook slowly until cooked, 10minutes or so. Serve immediately.
