- 100g walnuts
- 4 fresh figs, chopped
- 60g Parmesan grated in slices
- 80g rocket
- 120g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 3 pears, peeled and cut in slices
- Dressing – 3tbsp olive oil
- 2tbsp Balsamic
- Mix the dressing ingredient and set aside.
- Toss all the salad ingredient in a large bowl, pour over dressing, re-toss and enjoy. Serve alone or with chicken or fish.
