Walnut and Fig Salad

Serves 4



  • 100g walnuts
  • 4 fresh figs, chopped
  • 60g Parmesan grated in slices
  • 80g rocket
  • 120g cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 3 pears, peeled and cut in slices
  • Dressing – 3tbsp olive oil
  • 11/2Honey
  • 2tbsp Balsamic


  1. Mix the dressing ingredient and set aside.
  2. Toss all the salad ingredient in a large bowl, pour over dressing, re-toss and enjoy. Serve alone or with chicken or fish.
