- 3tbsp oil
- 4tbsp honey
- 150g natural yogurt
- 2 eggs
- 6tbsp apple puree (use baby food – yes really)
- 2 bananas, mashed
- 200g wholemeal flour
- 50g oats
- 1.5tsp baking powder
- 1.5tsp bicarbonate soda
- 2tsp cinnamon
- Small handful of berries – blueberries, raspberries, raisins
- Optional – seeds or oats sprinkled on the top
Directions
- Mix all the wet in a bowl.
- Mix all the dry. And combine. Pour into your cases and slip into the oven to bake for 20-25minutes.
