The joy of ‘Nice Cream’

Oh boy but the new craze has hit our house hard! We just can’t get enough of it. Ice-cream that is SUGAR FREE and bursting with scrumptious flavour!

Reeses Nice-cream



  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 2tbsp peanut butter
  • 30g dark choc chips


  1. Freeze two peeled bananas – I simply keep a batch ready frozen. Put the bananas and butter into a food processor and blitz until a creamy consistency. Add the chips and pulse enough to break them up but still leave chunks. Freeze or eat immediately

Berry Nice-Cream


  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 80g frozen raspberries
  • 1tsp honey


  1. Put everything into the food processor and blitz until smooth. It may take a little longer than the reeses, but keep scraping down the sides and stirring it up and it will become creamy. Freeze or eat immediately.
