This is a two minute, throw it together kind of dinner or lunch that I love for warm days or when guests pop over.
- 1 flat bread (recipe on the page)
- Handful of sundried tomatoes
- 20g feta, crumbled
- Scattering of seeds
- Drizzle of olive oil
- Hummus on the side (recipe on page)
- Simply layer this baby up! Flat bread, tomatoes, feta, seeds, oil. Then put a dollop of hummus on the side with some rocket.
