Summer Tea

This is a two minute, throw it together kind of dinner or lunch that I love for warm days or when guests pop over.

Per person



  • 1 flat bread (recipe on the page)
  • Handful of sundried tomatoes
  • 20g feta, crumbled
  • Scattering of seeds
  • Drizzle of olive oil
  • Hummus on the side (recipe on page)
  • Rocket


  1. Simply layer this baby up! Flat bread, tomatoes, feta, seeds, oil. Then put a dollop of hummus on the side with some rocket.
