Peanut Butter Energy Bars

Want a HEALTHY, PROTIEN RICH snack thats made in minutes….look no further!



  • 4tbsp peanut butter
  • 4tbsp honey
  • 4tbsp coconut oil
  • 100g oats
  • 70g hazelnuts
  • 50g pecans
  • 20g coconut shards
  • 100g dark choc chips (I tend to chop up Green & Blacks)


  1. Melt the peanut butter, honey and oil in a pan.
  2. Stir into the dry ingredient and lastly add the chips.
  3. Press into a lined brownie tin and freeze. Keep refrigerated.
