Want a HEALTHY, PROTIEN RICH snack thats made in minutes….look no further!
- 4tbsp peanut butter
- 4tbsp honey
- 4tbsp coconut oil
- 100g oats
- 70g hazelnuts
- 50g pecans
- 20g coconut shards
- 100g dark choc chips (I tend to chop up Green & Blacks)
- Melt the peanut butter, honey and oil in a pan.
- Stir into the dry ingredient and lastly add the chips.
- Press into a lined brownie tin and freeze. Keep refrigerated.
