Moist, not too dense chocolate muffins that are even better the next day. And they couldn’t be easier to make!!
- 250g plain flour
- 2tsp baking powder
- 1tsp baking soda
- 2tbsp cocoa
- 150g caster sugar
- 150g chocolate chips (50g held over for sprinkling)
- 300ml milk
- 100ml rapeseed oil
- 1 egg
- 1tsp vanilla extract
- Mix all the dry ingredient together.
- Mix all the wet ingredient together.
- Combine and spoon into cases. Bake for 20minutes.
