HEALTHY Fruit Crumble

Fruit. Oats. Nuts. Perfect family dessert.

Oven 200c

Serves 4



  • 2 peaches, chopped
  • 150g strawberries
  • 1 pear, chopped
  • 2 drops vanilla essence
  • 2tsp honey
  • 100g oats
  • 20g flaked almonds
  • 2.5tbsp oil
  • 2tbsp honey


  1. Stew the fruit, vanilla and 2tsp honey until reduced and starting to mush.
  2. Mix the oats, almonds, oil and remaining honey in a bowl.
  3. Pour the fruit into the dishes and top with the oat mix. Bake for 15minutes and serve hot.
