Banana Choco Oat Bars

So tasty. Bursting with energy releasing ingredient. These bars are to die for!



  • 100g oats
  • 50g mixed seeds
  • 2 medjool dates, chopped
  • 1 banana, mashed
  • 2tsp cocoa
  • 40ml honey
  • 10ml maple syrup
  • 40g almond butter
  • 40g peanut butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract


  1. Heat the butters, honey, maple and vanilla in a pot until a warm paste.
  2. Mix all the dry ingredient together in a bowl. Combine. Press into a lined muffin tin and freeze for two hours.
  3. Keep in the freezer and eat over 14 days.
