You want easy? It doesn’t get much easier than this ladies.
- 1tbsp oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 red pepper, diced
- 1 jar organic pesto
- Heat the oil in a pan. Brown the onion, add the pepper and cook until soft and caramelizing.
- Stir through the pesto and 1 more tablespoon of oil if it needs loosened up.
- Cook the spaghetti to pack instructions and toss through the pesto.
- Serve with salad.
