Slim Pizza

HEALTHY, efficient dinners are a MUST! Give this a go to keep the family (and YOU happy)….

What’s the worst thing about pizza…… all that dough. I stopped eating bases once I realized I was yeast intolerant and these are a fab replacement.

Makes 4



  • 4 wraps
  • 1 mozzarella ball
  • 6 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 slice of ham
  • Tomato puree
  • Sprinkle of oregano


  1. Place the wraps under the grill until browning. Don’t worry if they bubble, simply press the air out by rubbing them flat.
  2. Turn them over and spread the puree across each base.
  3. Now top them however you like – I used ham and tomato but try mushroom, pineapple, chicken etc.
  4. Shred the mozzarella across all four pizzas, replace under the grill and leave until the cheese is melted, usually only a few minutes. Keep an eye on them as they burn easily.
