What’s the worst thing about pizza…… all that dough. I stopped eating bases once I realized I was yeast intolerant and these are a fab replacement.
- 4 wraps
- 1 mozzarella ball
- 6 cherry tomatoes
- 1 slice of ham
- Tomato puree
- Sprinkle of oregano
- Place the wraps under the grill until browning. Don’t worry if they bubble, simply press the air out by rubbing them flat.
- Turn them over and spread the puree across each base.
- Now top them however you like – I used ham and tomato but try mushroom, pineapple, chicken etc.
- Shred the mozzarella across all four pizzas, replace under the grill and leave until the cheese is melted, usually only a few minutes. Keep an eye on them as they burn easily.
