- 4oz butter
- 2oz caster sugar
- 2oz light brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1tsp vanilla
- 4oz plain flour
- 1tsp baking powder
- 1packet smarties
Directions
- Cream the butter and sugars.
- Stir in the egg and vanilla.
- Mix in the flour and baking powder until combined, then stir in the smarties.
- Place spoonfuls onto a lined baking sheet and bake for 10mins until golden.
