Flat bread

Why not give these home made wraps a go instead of baps….ONLY 4 INGREDIENT!



  • 250g Plain flour
  • Salt
  • 150ml Warm water
  • 1tbsp oil


  1. Mix the water, flour and pinch of salt into a dough. Cover and leave to rest for ten minutes.
  2. Turn out onto a floured surface and knead for a few minutes.
  3. Roll into a rough log shape, slice into four and roll each one into a flat dough around 1cm thick.
  4. Heat a dry pan until hot and cook until starting to pop up in little bubbles. Turn and do the same on the other side.
