These nut fueled energy bars are the perfect breakfast on the run or afternoon snack when you need an energy boost. Mix, freeze and grab one when it’s needed.
- 4tbsp peanut butter
- 4tbsp honey
- 2tbsp coconut oil
- 100g oats
- 70g cashews
- 50g pecans
- 50g cranberries
- 20g coconut shards
- Mix the peanut butter, honey and coconut oil over a heat until it forms a warm paste.
- Mix all the dry ingredient in a bowl. Combine.
- Press into a lined muffin tin and freeze.
- Keep in the freezer and eat, frozen over 14 days.
