That’s what we call this sort of dinner in my house. It’s been a crazy busy day, we’re HOME TOO LATE to cook from scratch so I raid the fridge!

This is a mix of left over granola, sugar free organic peanut butter on rice cakes, boiled eggs, hummus, water melon, shop bought drummers (we all need those every now and then ladies) and celery.

There’s PROTEIN, FRUIT, FIBRE and everyone’s smiling
