Griddled Pineapple With Maple

Want a HEALTHY dessert or a cheeky snack without the sin – this is it.



  • 1 pineapple sliced in rings and cored
  • Drizzle of maple syrup


  1. Heat a griddle on high – or a frying pan if you don’t have one. Place the rings on and cook until darkening in colour. Turn them and do the other side.
  2. Drizzle in maple and serve hot.
