- 1 pineapple sliced in rings and cored
- Drizzle of maple syrup
- Heat a griddle on high – or a frying pan if you don’t have one. Place the rings on and cook until darkening in colour. Turn them and do the other side.
- Drizzle in maple and serve hot.
