Balsamic pasta

No Cooking. Just toss it together.

  • 300g cherry tomatoes (150g sliced, 150g crushed by hand)

     

  • 100ml olive oil

     

  • 3tbsp balsamic vinegar

     

  • 15g chives, torn

     

  • 300g pasta
  • To serve – parmesan and green salad

Directions

  1. Mix all in a bowl, season and toss with hot pasta. Really – it’s that simple!
