A twist on your ordinary porridge breakfast. The added berries really bring it to life.

Oven 180c
Ingredients
- 40g oats
- ½ banana
- 120ml almond milk
- 1tbsp maple
- 1/2tsp baking powder
- Topping – 30g raspberries
- 1tbsp vegan chocolate chips
- 1tbsp peanut butter
Directions
- Place all the ingredient, except the toppings in to a blender and blitz.
- Transfer to an oven proof dish and add the raspberries and chocolate. Bake for 25mins, until golden then drizzle with nut butter and enjoy.
