Anti-inflammatory Turmeric and Pineapple Smoothie

This can be a breakfast or a pick me up but whatever time of day you take it, it is doing you nothing but good!!

 

Serves 2

Ingredients

  • 300ml almond milk

     

  • 60g spinach

     

  • 1/2tsp turmeric

     

  • 1tbsp chia seeds

     

  • Pinch black pepper

     

  • 250g pineapple

Directions

  1. Place everything in a blender and blitz until smooth.
