Super Green Pasta

Pasta, one of our all time favourite dinners and this one is no exception.


Serves 2


  • 100g spinach


  • 100g kale, stems removed


  • 2 garlic cloves


  • 30g cashews


  • 1tbsp lemon juice


  • 2tbsp olive oil


  • Seasoning


  • Splash pasta water


  1. Cook the pasta according to instructions. Remove the pasta and keep the water.
  2. Add the spinach, kale, garlic and cashews to the water and cook for 5mins.
  3. Drain and add to a blender along with the olive oil, lemon juice and a splash of the pasta water. Blitz. Toss cooked pasta in sauce and serve.
