Sweet and Salty Nuts

A perfect nibble.


Serves 6


Oven 180c


  • 100g cashews


  • 100g almonds


  • 2tbsp maple syrup


  • 1tbsp tamari


  • 1tsp garlic granules


  • 1tsp smoked paprika


  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment. In a small bowl mix the tamari, garlic, paprika and maple.
  2. Place the nuts in a large bowl and drizzle over the sauce. Stir until coated.
  3. Spread onto a baking sheet and bake for 3 minutes. Remove the tray, stir and place back in the oven for 3 minutes. Leave to cool completely.
