Ingredients
- 100g cashews
- 100g almonds
- 2tbsp maple syrup
- 1tbsp tamari
- 1tsp garlic granules
- 1tsp smoked paprika
Directions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment. In a small bowl mix the tamari, garlic, paprika and maple.
- Place the nuts in a large bowl and drizzle over the sauce. Stir until coated.
- Spread onto a baking sheet and bake for 3 minutes. Remove the tray, stir and place back in the oven for 3 minutes. Leave to cool completely.
