One of the nicest dips, a perfect side and packed full of healthy fats!
- 2 avacados
- 1 lime, juiced
- ¼ red onion, diced
- 2tbsp coriander, chopped
- De-seed the avocado, scoop out the flesh and mash with a fork, keeping it chunky. Sir in all remaining ingredient. Store in the fridge or eat immediately.
