Baked Oats

A twist on your ordinary porridge breakfast. The added berries really bring it to life.

 

Serves 1

 

Oven 180c

Ingredients

  • 40g oats

     

  • ½ banana

     

  • 120ml almond milk

     

  • 1tbsp maple

     

  • 1/2tsp baking powder

     

     

  • Topping – 30g raspberries

     

  • 1tbsp vegan chocolate chips

     

  • 1tbsp peanut butter

Directions

  1. Place all the ingredient, except the toppings in to a blender and blitz.
  2. Transfer to an oven proof dish and add the raspberries and chocolate. Bake for 25mins, until golden then drizzle with nut butter and enjoy.
