I love kale crisps. They disappear as soon as they go out in our house. They perfect snack and even better with a glass of wine.
- 250g kale, stems removed
- 1tsp garlic granules
- 1/4tsp salt
- 1/2tsp chilli flakes
- 1tbsp oil
- Place the kale in a bowl and massage the oil into the leaves.
- Add the remaining ingredient and gently massage again.
- Spread onto a lined baking sheet and slow bake for around 20-30minutes, turning the kale halfway through. Remove and leave to cool and go crisp.
