Spicy Baked Kale crisps

I love kale crisps. They disappear as soon as they go out in our house. They perfect snack and even better with a glass of wine.

 

Serves 2

 

Oven 120c

Ingredients

  • 250g kale, stems removed

     

  • 1tsp garlic granules

     

  • 1/4tsp salt

     

  • 1/2tsp chilli flakes

     

  • 1tbsp oil

Directions

  1. Place the kale in a bowl and massage the oil into the leaves.
  2. Add the remaining ingredient and gently massage again.
  3. Spread onto a lined baking sheet and slow bake for around 20-30minutes, turning the kale halfway through. Remove and leave to cool and go crisp.
