Cashew Butter Dressing

A lovely dressing for the chickpea poke bowl, salads and lunch boxes.


Serves 6


  • 4tbsp cashew butter


  • 1 garlic clove, crushed


  • 1tsp grated ginger


  • 1tsp miso


  • ]1tbsp maple


  • 1tsp rice vinegar


  • 1tbsp tamari sauce


  • 60ml water


  1. Place all in a blender and blend until smooth, add more water if needed.
