A lovely dressing for the chickpea poke bowl, salads and lunch boxes.
Serves 6
Ingredients
- 4tbsp cashew butter
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1tsp grated ginger
- 1tsp miso
- ]1tbsp maple
- 1tsp rice vinegar
- 1tbsp tamari sauce
- 60ml water
Directions
- Place all in a blender and blend until smooth, add more water if needed.
