This is one of our new favourites. Crispy, yummy cauliflower you can serve with a vegan mayo dip.
- 2tbsp plain flour
- 60ml almond milk
- ½ cup of panko breadcrumbs
- 1 small cauliflower cut into florets
- 2tbsp oil
- Mix the flour and milk in a bowl. In a separate bowl mix the salt and breadcrumbs.
- Dip the florets in the milk mix then roll in the breadcrumbs and place on a lined baking sheet. Drizzle with oil and roast in the oven for 30-40minutes. Serve with dip of choice.
