Cauliflower Nuggets

This is one of our new favourites. Crispy, yummy cauliflower you can serve with a vegan mayo dip.

 

Serves 4

 

Oven 200c

Ingredients

  • 2tbsp plain flour

     

  • 60ml almond milk

     

  • ½ cup of panko breadcrumbs

     

  • 1 small cauliflower cut into florets

     

  • 2tbsp oil

     

  • Seasoning

Directions

  1. Mix the flour and milk in a bowl. In a separate bowl mix the salt and breadcrumbs.
  2. Dip the florets in the milk mix then roll in the breadcrumbs and place on a lined baking sheet. Drizzle with oil and roast in the oven for 30-40minutes. Serve with dip of choice.
