Blueberry Smoothie

I love a fresh smoothie: it can be a simple breakfast or snack. With added flaxseed to improve your digestive system.


Serves 2


  • 150g blueberries, frozen


  • 2 bananas, frozen


  • 240ml coconut milk


  • 1tsp vanilla


  1. Place all ingredient in a blender, blitz and drink immediately.
