Ingredients
- 2tbps sesame oil
- 350g chopped leeks
- 2tbsp grated ginger
- 2 head of broccoli, chopped
- 1tsp turmeric
- 1tsp salt
- 1tsp pepper
- 1.5litres veg stock
Directions
- Heat the oil in a pot and stir in the leeks, cooking for around 8minutes until soft.
- Add all remaining ingredient and let simmer with the lid on for 20minutes. Blitz and enjoy.
