Dip For Wedges

Nothing is tastier for a mid week treat than wedges and dip. Fast dinner with a salad or perfect side.

Oven 200c

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 4 potatoes

     

  • 1tbsp oil

     

  • Seasoning

     

     

  • Garlic Mayo

     

     

  • Vegan/original mayo

     

  • 1 garlic clove, crushed

     

  • 1tsp French mustard

Directions

  1. Slice the potatoes into wedges, toss in oil and seasoning and cook in the oven for around 45minutes, tossing half way.
  2. To make the dip, simply stir everything together and serve.
