Nothing is tastier for a mid week treat than wedges and dip. Fast dinner with a salad or perfect side.
- 4 potatoes
- 1tbsp oil
- Garlic Mayo
- Vegan/original mayo
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1tsp French mustard
- Slice the potatoes into wedges, toss in oil and seasoning and cook in the oven for around 45minutes, tossing half way.
- To make the dip, simply stir everything together and serve.
