I have been making this rice since I was a student and only came back to making it recently. It is so good you could eat it alone with salad.
Serves 4
Ingredients
- 250g basmati rice
- 1 400ml tin coconut milk
- 200ml water
- 1.5 limes, juiced
- Salt
Directions
- Put all in a pot, pop on the lid and simmer for 20mins, stirring occasionally.
