Pecan Chia Granola

Granola is a favourite of mine. I eat it almost every day for breakfast. It gives me energy that lasts until lunchtime and that little crunch just makes my day.

 

Oven 200c

Ingredients

  • 200g jumbo oats

     

  • 100g pecans, chopped

     

  • 2tsp vanilla essence

     

  • 2tbsp chia seeds

     

  • 4tbsp oil

     

  • 3tbsp honey

     

  • 3tbsp maple syrup

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredient in a bowl.
  2. Spread onto a baking sheet and bake for 10-15mins, or until golden.
