Granola is a favourite of mine. I eat it almost every day for breakfast. It gives me energy that lasts until lunchtime and that little crunch just makes my day.
Oven 200c
Ingredients
- 200g jumbo oats
- 100g pecans, chopped
- 2tsp vanilla essence
- 2tbsp chia seeds
- 4tbsp oil
- 3tbsp honey
- 3tbsp maple syrup
Directions
- Mix all ingredient in a bowl.
- Spread onto a baking sheet and bake for 10-15mins, or until golden.
