Almond Flap Jacks

Oh yes!! Here it is ladies, the NO SUGAR flapjack that tastes amazing.


Makes 9


Oven 200c


  • 4 medjool dates, soaked


  • 200g muesli


  • 3tbsp almond butter


  • 100ml maple syrup


  • 2tbsp honey


  • 80g 80% dark chocolate


  1. Chop the dates and mix into muesli by hand.
  2. Mix all wet and bring to a simmer.
  3. Combine with dry and press into a lined brownie tray. Bake for 10mins. Leave to cool. Pour over melted chocolate and leave to set.
