Crunchy Oat Biscuits

These are so fast to make and make the perfect dunker biscuit.

 

Oven 200c

Ingredients

  • 40g oats, blitzed

     

  • 20g ground almonds

     

  • 50ml maple

     

  • 2tbsp coconut oil, melted.

Directions

  1. Blitz the oats to powder.
  2. Add all remaining ingredient and blitz to combine.
  3. Using a tbsp, spoon 3/4spoonfulls onto a lined baking sheet and gently press into a slim biscuit shape. Pop in the oven and bake for 10mins.
