Packed with the gut goodness of miso and the enrichment of protein filled beans, this is a winner all round.

Ingredients
- 1tbsp oil
 - 1 onion, diced
 - 3 garlic cloves, sliced
 - 2 cartons butter beans
 - 2 cartons chickpeas
 - 1/2tsp cumin
 - 1tsp mustard seeds
 - 2tsp paprika
 - 1tsp miso paste
 - 1tbsp cider vinegar
 
Directions
- Heat the oil in a pot and cook the onion and garlic until soft.
 - Add all remaining ingredient and bring to a simmer for 20mins. Serve with rice or baked potato. Salad. And flat breads.
