Brazilian Chicken

This is such a delicious mix of flavours, that just melt in your mouth! Give it a go, you won’t be disappointed.


Serves 4


  • 1tbsp oil


  • 10 boned chicken thighs


  • 2tsp paprika


  • 2tsp cumin


  • 2 onions, chopped


  • 2 peppers, chopped


  • 3 limes, juiced


  • 400ml tin of coconut milk


  • 1 carton chopped tomatoes


  • Couscous to serve


  1. Heat the oil in a pan and add the chicken, cook until browning.
  2. Remove the chicken and add the onion and pepper and cook until soft.
  3. Stir in all remaining ingredient and return the chicken to the pan. Simmer for 20mins. Serve with couscous.
