Halloween is coming and the fingers, they look good J
- 125g icing sugar
- 125g ground almonds
- 100g plain flour
- 2 egg whites, lightly beaten
- 1tsp almond extract
- 12 plain almonds
- Mix sugar, ground almonds and flour. Add almond extract and egg whites and mix to a dough.
- Cover and pop in the fridge for an hour.
- Remove, using tablespoonfulls, roll into a rough sausage shape. Set onto a lined tray and shape into a finger. Use a knife to add knuckle lines and push an almond into the tip. Pop in the oven and bake for 10mins.
